I met Andrea last year when she purchased a Living Social deal for some glamour photos. During that session, she mentioned that she and her boyfriend Eldon had been together for a few years and we like best friends. I was so happy to do the photos for her that I knew were a gift for Eldon. A few months later I got a call from Andrea. She ad given Eldon the photos and one month later he proposed and she wanted to book me for her wedding and engagement photos! Of course I said yes and we booked her right then on that phone call.
I met Eldon for the first time at our Get to Know You Engagement session. He is cute, funny, and although he wasn’t sure what to expect, he was up to try anything. We started out at City Garden and they were super cute and in love. I LOVED how the colors popped in the garden and urban scene.
Next up we headed to Busch Stadium because A & E are big time Cardinals fans. In fact they had many dates there! I loved the old stadium, don’t get me wrong, but there is just something gorgeous about the red brick of the new stadium that I love in photos!
Finally, we went to Schlafly’s for a few beers (them not me). Something Andrea and & Eldon do during the summer for dates is go to local breweries and taste local beers. It is something they have loved to do for a while so I thought it would be perfect to end there. After ordering and sitting outside, I asked the bartender if we could go into the barrel rooms. He gave us full access and Eldon was in awe. He finally was excited about all the photos and he and Andrea really enjoyed the final photos. I think they are some of my favorites too!
